Growing Tomorrow's Leaders, Today
Meet the Founder and CEO

Hi, I'm Charlee. I created this program to give youth the tools they need early in life - life skills, confidence, structure, and real-world exposure. I believe in early exposure to opportunities, so kids can see, experience, and learn things that prepare them for the real world.
Seed 2 Bloom is more than a program, it's a space where kids can grow, learn, and be supported in a positive environment.
